Employment Exchange Policy and Procedure
Registration
The number of persons/job-seekers registered with the District Employment Exchange, Bishnupur during the period from 01/01/2017 to 31/12/2017 is 1995 i.e, (male 1166 and female 829) and the number of job-seekers as per Live-register as on 31/12/2017 is 32641 including 8893 female.
Notification of Vacancies
After commencement of the Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification of vacancies) Act 1959, the employer in every establishment in public sector and private sector(Act) shall, before filling up any vacancy in any employment of over 3(three) months duration in that establishment, notify that vacancy to such Employment Exchanges in its jurisdiction where the establishment is situated.
